Ela chegou a 32 prêmios e superou a marca anterior de 31 Grammys do maestro Georg Solti. Porém, ela não ganhou nas categorias principais neste ano. Elas foram bem divididas. Harry Styles levou álbum do ano. Lizzo ficou com gravação do ano, e Bonnie Raitt, música do ano. Anitta estava indicada a artista revelação, mas não ganhou. O prêmio ficou com a cantora de jazz norte-americana Samara Joy.
